Group/Division Leader

Group/Division Leaders are responsible for a division of campers from 2nd grade to 11th grade and their assigned residential staff. This role includes working with our Head Counselors to build meaningful relationships with campers and staff, communicate with parents as needed, and be the main point of contact for that age division.

The role of Group/Division Leader is to lead the group/division and supervise its assigned staff, as well as to apply and develop their skills related to working with children. These leaders must have the ability to work effectively with peers, manage communication with diverse stakeholders, as well as facilitate peer-to-peer problem solving and conflict resolution, and be effective supervisors.
